I realized that strength does not come to you when other people think you are doing great. It took a lot of soul-searching, reading, and treks in the Himalayas to realize what I needed. I needed to feel empowered and take charge. I needed a huge dollop of self-love and self-care. How to start? What path to choose in order to feel whole, stress-free, and fulfilled. That\u2019s when I began to arm myself to learn how to help others. I got certified as a coach from ICF. I completed a whole 6-part course on psychology to learn how the mind works. I completed a Positive Psychology course and went on to become a certified CBT practitioner.
